Programming & Testing
Our in-house team delivers an extra level of service for all new equipment we supply. We ship all new products to O.J. DuPree Company’s workshop, where we test them locally before installation.
The benefits of this value-added service include:
- Identifying startup issues before equipment is delivered to site
- Improving field startup times and lowering installation costs
- Reducing down time on the project and keeping the timeline on track
Our technicians also take care of all of the programming for variable frequency drives (VFDs) at the workshop, before on-site installation. O.J. DuPree Company offers this extra service to ensure that the drives are programmed correctly to perform their intended functions and to save our customers valuable time.
Field Services
After programming and testing your new equipment, we deliver the equipment to the site for installation. We assist all customers with initial equipment startup and commissioning to make sure the equipment meets the application needs and is functioning as it should.
Our team has specialized training from the manufacturers to offer certified startup and factory authorized startup services. We continue to provide field support, servicing, and repair for units over 30 years old and the complete life-cycle of new units.
